When does coverage start?

Coverage begins 30 days after your policy start date. This applies to both the job loss and disability benefits. During the first 30 days, you may cancel for a full refund if you decide it's not right for you.

How do I file a claim?

Claims can be filed online 24/7 at paymentguard.trustage.com. You'll be asked to provide supporting documentation, such as employer layoff records or a doctor's statement. Once approved, the benefit is sent directly to you.

Can I use the benefit for anything I want?

Yes. Unlike some payment protection products, Payment Guard Advantage places no restrictions on how you use your benefit. Pay your loan, cover rent, handle medical bills - it's your money to use as you see it.

Is a medical exam required to enroll?

No. There's no medical exam required to enroll in Payment Guard Advantage. You can get covered quickly without any health screening.

Who handles my policy after I enroll?

Once you enroll through Polly, your policy is managed entirely by TruStage®. You'll go to paymentguard.trustage.com to manage your coverage, file claims, track claim status, and reach their support team. Beneit payments also come directly from TruStage®.
