As Polly’s President & Chief Operating Officer of Insurance, Tom is responsible for Polly’s insurance platform, agency distribution, book performance, written premium, revenue, earning recognition, sales and service. He also oversees operations, underwriting, and analytics. Prior to joining Polly, Tom was with Plymouth Rock for 15-years, most recently as the COO responsible for their Direct Response business, Prudential Financial Advisor (Captive) business, their motorcycle insurance (Rider) product line, and their affinity marketing programs and relationships, as well as their strategic partnerships with InsureTech agency distribution partners.
